Let's Book It - July 2015

I've been away for a couple of days, visiting a friend who has moved away. Of course I had to sew something for her and her new home!
This is what I came up with

a tablerunner in her favorite colour! The pattern I found in this book - Sy med lappar.

In the book it's a pattern for a cushion but I made it a bit bigger, and from the scraps I made some mugrugs to go with the runner.

Friday night I spent with cyber friends. I made two blocks for Liz, my swap partner for July in the QBSA, but I can't upload them so you won't see them today. Thank you Cheryll for organising us all even if you were out of town! You can see what everyone else was doing if you go HERE!

Instead there is this Zebra which I think turned out great!

It's a pattern I've been testing for Juliet @ Tartankiwi and I must say that I love it! I think I'll make a cushion out of it. If you're interested in the pattern you can find it HERE!
